Tasting Notes:

Bright yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose and palate reveal intense notes of ripe citrus, balanced by a fresh mineral profile and subtle, well-integrated toasted nuances.

Aging:

Fermented in stainless steel tanks and partially aged in French oak barrels (20% new, 80% used). Aged on its lees for 5 to 6 months with gentle bΓ’tonnage, enhancing texture and complexity.

Food Pairing:

Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, white meats and light Mediterranean dishes.

Tasting Notes:

Deep ruby color with intense aromas of ripe black fruits, floral notes and subtle spices. On the palate, it is elegant and well-balanced, featuring smooth yet present tannins and a long, refined finish.

Aging:

Partially aged in French oak barrels and bottle-aged to enhance structure, complexity and balance.

Deep ruby color with expressive aromas of ripe black fruits, plum and blackberry, complemented by subtle notes of spice and vanilla. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with fresh acidity, smooth tannins and a persistent finish, marked by the minerality of schist soils.

Aging:

Partially aged in French oak barrels, contributing to its elegant structure and complexity.
