1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium & Europe: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before completing your order.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.


5. Delays

Collonia Wines is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

6. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


7. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, the customer may request a reshipment at their own expense.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We may request photographic evidence to process your claim.


9. Age Verification

As we sell alcoholic products, the recipient may be required to provide proof of legal drinking age upon delivery.
